We’re so excited that you’re interested in making Mosaic your home!  We want to make the application process as easy as possible. Please review the details below prior to submitting your application. As part of the application, we evaluate certain criteria to ensure the best community service.

Credit

Do you have a good credit score and history of making payments on time?

Criminal

Do you have any criminal convictions? We appreciate your honesty!

Income

Do you make more than 2.5 times the amount of your monthly rent?

Rental History

Have you always paid rent on time and been an outstanding tenant?

Frequently Asked Questions

  • I'm ready to apply, anything I need?

    As part of the application process, you'll need to have a driver's license or government issued ID and your two most recent paystubs or other proof of income on-hand.


    Please note that all applicants must be 18 years of age or older.

  • I'm filling out an application, do I enter my income before taxes (gross) or after taxes (net)?

    You can submit the application with your income before taxes (gross).

  • I'm going to have roommates, how does that impact the application process?

    The application will ask you if you will be living with any other individuals 18 years of age or older. So we can recognize that you will be sharing a unit, please be prepared to enter their name and contact information.

  • I have pets, is there a pet fee and do I need to list them on the application?

    We are pet-positive! For more information on our pet policy, click here. Please be sure to include any known pets on your application. We do require that all pet owners provide renters insurance.

  • Do I have to pay a security deposit?

    Mosaic does require a security deposit, but qualifying residents have the option to utilize Obligo, a flexible deposit alternative program that allows you to forgo an up-front security deposit.
