Through the contest, we got a sneak peek of our residents' uniquely designed spaces, great design tips and spots to check out for decorating your space. Resident-Inspired Design Tips

Need a few tips on design and organization? Take a few queues from our residents:

Tip #1: Get inspired! Use Pinterest to browse ideas and determine your style.
Tip #2: Keep it clean. Utilize the space on top of shelves, and under beds and couches to store your personal items. We found some great storage solutions for small spaces (including under the bed) from Ikea . The best part? Prices start at just over $12!
Tip #3: Keep the style throughout your space consistent.
Tip #4: Develop a theme. Mid-century modern, industrial, modern farmhouse, country-chic...Whatever your style, find something that fits you and go with it.
Tip #5: Don't break the bank. You can find steals at stores like Target, HomeGoods and thrift shops. Pro-tip: Get inspired by brands you love before you shop and find copy cats at a more affordable price.
Tip #6: Don't rush into buying furniture or decorative elements - give yourself some time to identify your style and how you want to use your space to develop a cohesive design.

Ryan Meyer Joins Lux Communities as Controller

Fargo, ND - Ryan Meyer has joined Lux Communities, an Enclave Company, as Controller.

A native of Grand Forks, ND, Meyer brings over 20 years of experience in Accounting and Finance.

Most recently, Meyer served as Accounting Manager at Winmark Corporation in Minneapolis, MN. Meyer attained a degree in Finance and Accounting from the University of North Dakota, where he also received an MBA.

In his role at Lux Communities, Meyer will lead the Accounting department, manage the financial close processes, budgeting and assist with IT governance.

Enclave Companies Wins Better Business Bureau Torch Award for Ethics

Enclave Companies, made up of Enclave Development, Enclave Construction and Lux Communities, wins the BBB Torch Award for Ethics.

Enclave Companies is proud to announce it has won the 2019 Better Business Bureau Torch Award for Ethics. A ceremony was held November 20 at the Radisson Blu- Mall of America to announce the finalists and award winners.

Enclave Companies’ exists to create spaces where people are inspired to do their best work and live their best life. With the people we associate with and the services we provide, we aim to leave a legacy centered around hard work and transparency.

Construction Begins on Unique, Amenity-Packed Apartments in Downtown Fargo

With various unique amenities, this 92-unit complex brings distinct flair to Downtown Fargo

FARGO, ND – Enclave Construction is getting a new downtown project site ready in preparation for the construction of a 92-unit, amenity-packed apartment building called Mosaic.

The project site is located across the street from Lux Communities’ 300lime, at the corner of 11th St. N and 3rd Ave. N in Fargo. The 132,500 sq. ft. project will begin Monday, November 11. This distinctive, U-shaped building is a unique addition to the downtown community with its wide array of amenities and exceptional interior design. Lux Communities will be managing the building once turned over by Enclave Construction.

The lot has been vacant, and Lux Communities’ President Donna Block couldn’t be more excited to see the progress begin on site. “Mosaic will bring a different concept to the downtown market that is really built around a sense of community,” Block says.

The building will be loaded with amenities such as a rooftop deck, clubroom, fitness center, lobby photo booth, pet spa and a dog run. Placed in the middle of the building’s U-shape will be the clubroom overlooking the rooftop deck. Each unit will feature luxurious design including subway backsplash, white quartz countertops, and modern pendant lighting. Unique to Fargo, Mosaic will also feature a two-level parking garage for resident use.

The community spaces provide rare features and design unlike most have seen before. “The building will have very unique design features throughout. Hanging from the ceiling will be wood art and unique pendant lighting,” Block comments. The lobby will also feature a ‘live wall’ where plants will be growing up one of the lobby’s walls.

Construction is to be completed Fall of 2020.
